A/W 2011 – The Poetry

 

Presenting the Bothos window: Poetry-window, which once again fully expresses the image and feeling of the brand; intangible and yet somehow concrete at the same time.

The plaster busts are suspended in space, their ascetic white juxtaposed with and enhancing the accessories. All on display is connected to the soul and thus to light; arms that appear and disappear from view lend strength and continuity to these forms.

The structure enhances the two new shapes of the Bothos Woman collection as well as the jewelry in the shop.

All once again made in Elaborathory.

A/W 2011 X-Ray Window

To launch the first window for A/W 2011 Bothos’s flagship store unveils the X- Ray window for September 2011.  This window highlights the research that has gone into the design and engineering of each bag, showing the X-ray of humans in their daily journeys with the bag.  The X-ray results in the human skeleton and the x-ray sheet of the bag, showing the different compartments inside each bag and what can be stored there.  In the Sherpa backpack and Oma travel bag, a neoprene holder stores a small laptop or iPad, whilst other smaller pockets are ideal for an iPhone or blackberry.  This creative and stand out window takes the viewer on a journey closer to the heart of Bothos through out September.

Bothos launches S/S12 at Pitti Uomo

The 80th edition of Pitti Uomo took place between 14th and 17th June 2011 at Fortezza da Basso in Florence.  Bothos is proud to have taken part in the new Futuro Maschile section, renovated to become a more specific and a research/experimental workshop on new expressions in dress wear.

Summer Launch

Beginning of June sees the arrival of summer in Hong Kong.  To launch the new collection of bags, the window transformed into a display of fruits reminiscent of summer days spent on country farms.  Beige, green, red and orange bags in linen and leathers grace the windows, including the new Hexa style in the variations of colour options.  In the interior of the store, the shoppers are displayed in a variety of colours, sizes and materials.The window coincides with the launch of our panama hats, now available in store.
